Dear Friends and Neighbors,
I want to thank all of you who attended the town hall in Lynden over the weekend.
We had a great turnout and a very spirited debate on some of the issues before the Legislature. I believe we were able to answer everyone's questions and address the concerns brought before us. I appreciated the opportunity to meet with you.
The issues and debate will only get tougher as we work our way through the second half of the legislative session so please continue to stay in touch. Obviously, work on the budget and finding solutions will receive most of the focus in Olympia. However, if you have questions on other issues as well, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Also, I wanted to let you know, we are looking to schedule a telephone town hall in the near future to give you another opportunity to have some dialogue with my office. It is great way to communicate without leaving the comfort of your home and it allows thousands of people the ability to participate. We will keep you updated as details come available.
I want you to know that I respect your time and privacy. If for any reason you would no longer like to receive my e-mail updates, you may go to this link to unsubscribe.
